The keychain is delivered in a scattered manner in the box. After printing, you can easily assemble it as shown in the picture. Each keychain comes with an individual OPP bag, providing protection for the finished product.

Operation Process:

  1. Print the image on sublimation paper using sublimation ink in an Epson inkjet printer.
  2. Peel off the transparent protective film from the frame surface.
  3. Use high-temperature tape to fix the image on the printing side of the sublimation MDF frame.
  4. Adjust the pressure before heat transfer.
  5. Set up the temperature and time to 170°C and 80 seconds.
  6. Place the keychain on the silicone work platform, with the printed paper facing the heating board.
  7. Once the temperature reaches 170 degrees, press down the handle.
  8. Remove the MDF frame from the heat press and peel off the paper.
  9. Install the key ring to complete the keychain.
